Job Description
Are you ready to embark on an exciting career in air freight? We are seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team as Air Export Customer Service Representatives. You’ll play a crucial role in managing our clients' air export needs, providing exceptional service, and coordinating with our operations team to ensure smooth shipment arrangements. This is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, global logistics environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support assigned customers and overseas agents by managing sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries.
- Book air export shipments with airlines and co-loader agents, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Handle air export billing, invoice verification, and resolve rate disputes efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients, sales teams, overseas agents, and operations staff to ensure successful shipment arrangements.
- Perform additional duties as requested to support team goals.
Requirements
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry. Excellent command of English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
- Experience: Experience in air freight is a bonus, but not required. We welcome fresh candidates willing to learn.
- Attributes: Team player with a proactive attitude. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently. Willingness to work overtime if necessary.

- Location: No. 9, Airlines Road, #02-16 & #02-17, Cargo Agents Building ‘D’, Changi Airfreight Centre, Singapore 819827.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm. Saturday, 9 am – 1 pm (alternate Saturdays off upon confirmation).
- Leave: 14 days of annual leave after confirmation.
