JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend to all walk-in residents, including updating feedback provider on the action taken;
- Utilise system to check past feedback cases or create new cases;
- Issue events/facilities booking permits as and when required;
- Reply to feedback emails & calls;
- Attend to cases on site (including house visit), where required/instructed;
- First responder for any escalated cases;
- Communicate with external agencies for cases;
- Any other duties as instructed by the supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in handling difficult people;
- Possess good interpersonal skills;
- Work well under pressure;
- Effective written & verbal communication;
- Must be able to attend cases on site independently;
- IT savvy;
- Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays: 8am to 5pm with an additional 1 Saturday per month - 8am to 1pm;
- To be stationed at Bedok Branch Office depending on the deployment.
