Responsibilities:
-Inspection and supervision of workplace safety-related works as required under the project and mandated under the Building Control Act & Regulations and Workplace safety and Health Act & Regulations.
-Inspect and conduct all required tests/inspections for the project.
-Preparation & issuance of site memos on bad workmanship & non-compliant works.
-Observe and comply with site safety, submit all reports as directed, and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner
-Attend and witness all on-site inspections as required by the Client and authorities.
-Others duties and responsibilities listed in project's contract.
Job Requirements:
-Candidate must be registered with BCA/IES as Resident Technical Officer
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Supervise workplace safety-related matters.
-Must attain certification in "BCSS" and "Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2)".
-Preferably specialized in workplace safety-related certificates or equivalent.
-Good communication skills
