Job Description
- Support full spectrum finance duties, including but not limited to procurement, payments, accounts receivables in line with hosting institutions and grantor guidelines
- Provide grant management administration, such as grant claims, progress report’s financial reporting and other grant variation request.
- Provide administrative support, such as assets management, filing, phone enquiries, mails collections, stationery orders, etc
- Provide finance and administrative support for Annual Scientific Meeting and assist in pre and post event activities
- Assist in other finance or administrative functions as and when required by team
Qualifications
Degree in Administration, Accounting or Finance, and minimum 2 years of work experiences
- Positive working attitude, proactive and willing to learn
- Good organization and communication skills
- Experience in SAP HANA, Ariba
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office application like Excel, Word, Teams, DocuSign and online communication application is an added advantage
