On site customer service role for Asian Real Estate Company. Join our client’s dynamic customer service team, a leading provider of real estate solutions in Singapore. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence in an engaging work environment. They are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to uphold their high standards and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with established standards, performing regular audits and coordinating maintenance with vendors.
- Mentor and support team members, facilitating effective communication of daily tasks and resolving any challenges that arise.
- Collaborate with HR to oversee staff performance, training, and development programs.
- Engage with external service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to procedures and budget constraints.
- Assist with month-end billing, track collections, and manage petty cash and inventory.
- Ensure a smooth experience for clients during move-ins and move-outs by promptly addressing their requests and concerns.
- Support sales initiatives in the absence of the Centre Manager and coordinate client events and networking activities.
- Maintain compliance with audit standards while striving for high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, focusing on customer relations and operations is a MUST.
- Proficient in MS Office, with strong customer service and communication skills, along with the ability to upsell and maintain operational standards.
- Service-oriented, detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated, with a strong sense of urgency.
- As you will be dealing with international candidates a high level of Engllish is Required to uphold service standards.
