Responsibilities and Duties:
- Plan and coordinate the daily operations of the Hospital’s Outpatient Services to ensure efficiency and effective use of resources
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize workflows, enhance patient care processes and service quality
- Prepare and review policies, procedures and work instructions for clinical processes to facilitate patient safety and quality care
- Utilise IT systems to analyze data, prepare presentation and reports
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to implement new programmes/services
- Monitor project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely completion
- Lead the team of Outpatient Service Associates (OPSAs) to attain service and operational excellence
- Work with internal and external stakeholders in the area of feedback management
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in managing outpatient service operations
- Proficient in MS office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data management
- Knowledge of clinical systems (SAP, EPIC and Clinic Assist) will be an advantage
- Possess good knowledge of healthcare financing schemes (e.g., Healthier SG, CHAS, Medisave and /or ILTC subsidies)
- Pleasant disposition, strong interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Strong planning, organization and coordination skills. Have experience in data analysis
- A team player who is meticulous, result focused and manages pressure well
