The Budget & Contract Executive reports to the Contracts Management Section Manager (NSEWL / CCL / BPLRT). His/her roles and responsibilities include the following areas:
a. Consolidate technical contracts. Consolidate technical contracts that are shared across Lines. Create, prepare, review, and edit Contracts.
b. Contract Validity and Performance Review. Prompt User on Contract renewal. Monitor and report contract performance. Provide justifications for any deviation.
c. Contract terms and conditions. Review Contracts to ensure the Standard Agreement Form and template are applied. For any deviation, conduct review and verification if further Legal advise is required.
d. Compliance to SMRT Trains’ Policies and Procedures. Ensure Contracts are executed in compliance to SMRT Trains’ Policies and Procedures.
