1. Aerospace Technician (Machining)
Job Responsibilities:
- Using precision engineering machines (for example CNC) to make aircraft metal tools and parts.
- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
- Loading raw materials into the machine.
- Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.
- Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
- Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
- Troubleshooting issues during the Aircraft Part/Component manufacturing process.
- Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final Aircraft Product.
- Cleaning and maintaining the machine.
2. Aerospace Technician (Welding)
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and weld aircraft engine's parts using TIG or Auto-TIG process
- Perform in-process inspection of parts
- Follow work instructions, comply with all quality requirements and safety rules and regulations during course of duties
- Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work area
- Complete production paper work and systems transactions
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in engineering, preferably in Aerospace or relevant certificates.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to commit rotating shifts
