Job Title: Sales Manager – Event Planning, Exhibition Design, Multimedia Solutions, and AV Rentals
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining a robust pipeline for our services, which include event planning, exhibition design, multimedia interactive solutions, and AV rentals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the events and multimedia industries, excellent communication skills, and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries such as corporate events, trade shows, retail, and entertainment.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate target markets and expand the company's customer base.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Organize and attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase the company’s offerings.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and meet sales targets and KPIs as set by the management team.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that align with client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design, production, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve services and solutions.
- Networking and Brand Building:
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to build brand awareness and attract leads.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to position the company as a market leader.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in event planning, exhibition design, or AV solutions industries.
- Strong understanding of multimedia interactive solutions and AV technology is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
