Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to clients' queries, including telephone and walk-ins
- Schedule and confirm clients’ appointments
- Manage and update consultation records
- Register clients and process sales transactions
- Generate invoices and handle POS functions
- Perform administrative duties, including facilities management & mail distribution
- Run the Call Centre, contacting clients for events and promotions
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate in Office Administration, Hospitality or equivalent and above
- At least 1 year’ customer service/ reception experience, preferably in retail / hospitality
- Excellent computer skills
- Able to converse fluently with English, Chinese and Bahasa speaking clients
- A customer-oriented and proactive individual with responsible and approachable personality
