Responsibilities
• Implementing and maintaining ServiceNow features, and develop, manage third-party integrations with ServiceNow.
• Build and maintain API and flat file integrations in ServiceNow with multiple third-party applications.
• Extend ServiceNow capabilities as per the Customer requirement.
• Support version upgrade in ServiceNow Platform
Skills/Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, ITOM) are highly desirable.
