Information:
- Salary range: $2000 - $2500
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm (No overtime)
- Working location: Near to Yio Chu Kang MRT
Responsibilities:
- Prepare of the material and packaging material for the daily production;
- Support production including labelling of the bottles, filling, carry and moving of products.
- Maintain cleanliness of workplace and ensure machines are in good condition.
- Documentation and maintain the data of pre-weight till handover the goods to the warehouse;
- Support internal audit & external audit for ISO
- Sourcing & liaising with suppliers on the quotation and stock availability.
- Assist in coaching and guidance to the new employees.
- Raising orders of the raw material, plan the production schedule based on the inventory stock level.
- Ensure all the production operators, manufacturing process is accordance to SOP.
- Ensure the production is running smoothly.
- Learn and understand the production operation flow to complete the daily output.
- Create, update and maintain SAP system.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Chemical/Chemistry/Engineering
- At least 2 years manufacturing work experience is preferred
- Excellent communication to provide training and coaching to team member
- Knowledge in ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 knowledge will be advantageous
