Job Description:
- Configure products and services for digital offerings.
- Set up promotions for available products and services.
- Manage website content as a webmaster using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Configure and maintain content, products, and services on digital platforms.
- Support weekly operational tasks to enable business functions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (designers, user experience specialists, marketing, etc.) to meet business requirements.
- Create and manage microsites for campaigns.
- Document key processes and provide training to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Entry-level graduates in Digital Media, Multimedia, or IT are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of effective experience design principles.
- Knowledge of SEO, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Experience Manager or UI Path is a plus.
