Marketing Executive
Job Description
1. Plan and coordinate the conceptualisation and implementation of marketing plans for Lotus Vegetarian Singapore, including media relations, sponsorships, and digital marketing efforts.
2. Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TikTok), develop engaging monitor performance, and propose strategies for improvement.
3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on all social media accounts.
4. Manage and update point-of-sale systems and 3rd party delivery vendors.
5. Communicate with respective outlet managers regarding marketing activities and promotion mechanics.
6. Liaise with external organisations for joint partnerships and promotions.
7. Prepare and analyse all marketing reports to track performance and inform strategy.
8. Attend to all other ad-hoc marketing activities as assigned.
9. Provide marketing support to Lotus Berjaya to maintain brand identity
and positioning.
10. Communicate and coordinate with overseas media agencies.
11. Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are cost-
effective.
Requirements
1. Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
2. Experience in the F&B/ FMCG industry is highly advantageous
3. Excellent management and communication skills.
4. Familiar with handling local media to build and maintain good
relationships with the press, KOLs and influencers
5. Possess a good understanding of emerging channels/platforms like
social media, video.
