- Maintain full set of accounts.
- Ensures that the accounting database is maintained accurately, and all relevant internal reports are prepared on a timely basis. You will also be responsible for fundamental accounting functions (bank, cash, authorization controls) including journal preparation and balance sheet reconciliations
- Monitor fund movement through bank reconciliation
- Maintain proper records of assets of the Organization
- Provides timely and accurate reporting of monthly management accounts, investigating variances, correcting errors where necessary
- Prepare and update Financial Reports & schedules for accounts for audit
- Liaising with external auditors for the audit of annual financial statements
- Assist in submission of financial and regulatory reporting on accounts and governance issues to IRAS
- Prepare and submission of Quarterly GST
- Prepare daily & weekly payroll & advances to Security Officers
- Prepare monthly balance salary to Security Officers
- Prepare tax clearance for resigned foreign employees
- Prepare e-submission of employment income for all employees
- General Admin duties assigned, ad-hoc assignment and any other tasks as assigned by Director
- 6 days work per week (able to help with urgent payment at night and on Sunday)
