Job Scope:
1. Sales Executive (Semiconductor)
- Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the semiconductor sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide technical product knowledge and solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and deliver on project commitments.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
2. Product Marketing Manager (Semiconductor)
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote semiconductor products and solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the R&D and engineering teams to position products effectively and ensure successful launches.
- Craft compelling marketing content, including presentations, brochures, and case studies.
- Build relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement or innovation.
3. Customer Service Executive (Semiconductor)
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely support and ensuring exceptional service.
- Handle order processing, tracking, and updates, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and technical teams to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on freight forwarding services.
- Identify potential clients and create customized solutions to meet their logistics needs.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and service providers.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling and delivery.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to optimize business strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and client updates regularly.
5. Project Executive (Gaming)
- Support the planning and execution of gaming projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Collaborate with game developers, designers, marketing teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure compliance with gaming industry standards and client requirements.
- Identify risks and implement effective solutions to overcome challenges during project execution.
- Assist in managing resources, including team assignments, tools, and materials required for gaming projects.
- Stay updated on gaming industry trends and provide recommendations to improve project strategies and outcomes.
Job Requirement:
- Preferably to have minimum diploma qualification in any studies
- At least JLPT N3 (Japanese language proficiency) as this role required to liaise with Japanese customer
- Preferably with relevant working experience & industry
