Job Scope:

1. Sales Executive (Semiconductor)

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the semiconductor sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and deliver on project commitments.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales reports.

2. Product Marketing Manager (Semiconductor)

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote semiconductor products and solutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the R&D and engineering teams to position products effectively and ensure successful launches.
  • Craft compelling marketing content, including presentations, brochures, and case studies.
  • Build relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement or innovation.

3. Customer Service Executive (Semiconductor)

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely support and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Handle order processing, tracking, and updates, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and technical teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on freight forwarding services.
  • Identify potential clients and create customized solutions to meet their logistics needs.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and service providers.
  • Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling and delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to optimize business strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and client updates regularly.

5. Project Executive (Gaming)

  • Support the planning and execution of gaming projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Collaborate with game developers, designers, marketing teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure compliance with gaming industry standards and client requirements.
  • Identify risks and implement effective solutions to overcome challenges during project execution.
  • Assist in managing resources, including team assignments, tools, and materials required for gaming projects.
  • Stay updated on gaming industry trends and provide recommendations to improve project strategies and outcomes.

Job Requirement:

  • Preferably to have minimum diploma qualification in any studies
  • At least JLPT N3 (Japanese language proficiency) as this role required to liaise with Japanese customer
  • Preferably with relevant working experience & industry
