We launched our flagship Hazukido store in Takashimaya Shopping Centre in July. As the master franchise of the Hazukido brand, we harbour great ambitions for the brand with a structured expansion plan. As we prepare to launch our 2nd store, we are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team as Service Crew. Join our entrepreneurial team for an amazing opportunity to grow your career.
Key Highlights
- Hourly salary: $12 to $14 depending on experience
- Various shift timings are available, making it easy to fit us into your schedule! Part-timers who are available to work 3 or more days a week will be prioritised
- Work in the heart of Orchard at Takashimaya Shopping Centre or at our Icon Link store that is connected to both Telok Ayer MRT or Chinatown MRT
Overview of the Service Crew role
As a Service Crew member, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and delightful experience for every customer who visits our store. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with enthusiasm and providing friendly assistance.
- Assisting customers in selecting menu items and providing recommendations.
- Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately.
- Preparing and serving food and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
- Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and smooth store operations.
- Contributing to a positive work environment through teamwork and effective communication.
Requirements: We're looking for individuals who embody the following qualities:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required.
