QA/QC Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) team for construction projects.
- Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMPs).
- Oversee inspections, testing, and compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Conduct audits and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and clients on quality-related matters.
- Provide leadership and training to the QA/QC team to ensure consistent adherence to quality protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction sector, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools and systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ITPs).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
QA/QC Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Assist in developing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements.
- Monitor construction activities and document quality-related issues.
- Collaborate with the QA/QC Manager to resolve non-conformities and implement CAPA.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare quality reports for project management.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders on quality-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction sector.
- Familiarity with construction quality standards and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality-related documentation and tools.
