Job scope:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on scanner and X-ray equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Installation & Setup: Install and configure new equipment at client sites, ensuring proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, addressing their concerns professionally.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate service reports, repair logs, and equipment records.
- Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and equipment manufacturer guidelines.
- Training: Assist in training customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Job Requirement:
- Nitec in Engineering related studies
- Good to have experience in servicing equipment
- Entry level is welcome to apply
- Must open to work under rotating shift
