Job Scope:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to determine the correct prescription for eyeglasses or contact lenses.
- Interpret prescriptions and recommend suitable frames, lenses, and lens coatings based on individual needs.
- Take accurate measurements for eyewear fittings, ensuring proper alignment and comfort.
- Provide guidance on lens options, including coatings for UV protection, anti-glare, and scratch resistance.
- Assist in adjusting and repairing eyewear, as well as educating customers on eyewear care.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Nitec in Opticianry studies
- Entry level is welcome to apply
- Education shall be recognized by Singapore OOB as optician
