Responsibilities
- Manage level 1 technical support for employees and departments.
- Coordinate with vendors for level 2 and 3 support resolution.
- Develop and implement user training programs for IT systems.
- Establish IT helpdesk service for efficient issue resolution.
- Create clear system documentation for training and compliance.
- Oversee IT systems (hardware, software, networks) maintenance and improvement.
- Ensure IT service availability through backup, disaster recovery, and contingency plans.
- Implement and manage server architecture, cloud services, and data centers.
- Administer servers, databases, and networking equipment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage software integration and ensure seamless operation.
- Design and maintain secure networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Implement cybersecurity strategies (firewalls, detection, encryption).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of system administration, network security, cloud services, and data management.
- Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Navision, Microsoft Excel, Jet Report.
- Strong ability to converse in Mandarin and in written Chinese is a requirement.
