Job Scope:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Respond to customer inquiries (social media, whatsapp) and address any concerns or complaints
• Follow up on installation, repair or replacement quotations.
• Manage the entire process of customer orders, including negotiation, closing, delivery, and payment collection.
• Prepare maintenance contracts.
Requirements:
• Entry level, on job training will be provided.
• Passion for customer service or interpersonal skills is essential.
• Candidates with outspoken, sales-oriented experience welcome to apply.
• Good in communication and good customer service skills
