Job Scope:
1. Site Supervision: To Oversee daily construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and timelines.
2. Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
3. Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
4. Technical Support: Provide on-site technical assistance and resolve any engineering-related issues that arise.
5. Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to assess progress and identify any potential problems early.
6. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, logs, and photographs.
7. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and promote a safe working environment.
8. Problem Solving: Identify issues and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
9. Client Communication: Liaise with clients to update them on progress and address any concerns.
10. Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking project expenses and resource allocation to stay within budget.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering OR any equivalent is welcome to apply
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of construction practices and regulations.
- Good to have experience with LTA project
- Entry level is welcome to apply as there's assistant engineer's vacant available & training is provided.
