Must be able to speak fluent in Vietnamese as our Staff and customers majority are Vietnamese.
- Must be able to work nights shift and on weekends.
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
- Managing budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
- Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Handling customer feedback.
- Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.
- Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
- Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
