Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to assigned customers to reach sales goals.
- Provide customers with alternative brans products for EOL parts.
- Serve as primary contact between all sales channels, customers and internal
department. - Creatively solve problems to achieve sales and customers objectives.
- Develop and report competitive information on market conditions, account
potential, industry trends and sales strategies. - Effectively profile target accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
- Travel local and abroad to meet key customers face to face as needed.
- Perform other jobs duties as assigned.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Conduct ongoing market research
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
- Present yourself in a professional manner over the phone and when meeting clients.
- Actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
- Effective activity management and reporting skills.
