Job description:
We are seeking specialist to fill in the role of a Logistics and Sales Coordinator for waterproofing construction projects in Singapore. The successful applicant's primary responsibility is in managing sales order processing and delivery, manage customers and stock inventory of the company. He/She will work closely with the customers, logistics partners, along with the company's Sales and Technical team. The successful applicant shall be working at our Singapore office hub and will:
1. Manage import/export/local sales order and delivery activities building construction products.
2. Maintain and update the inventory list, overseeing write-offs / credit notes when necessary.
3. Provide essential support for audit processes by submitting required documentation promptly.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
5. Manage product order related enquiries of customers and assist in the resolution of issues.
6. Maintain accurate record keeping in the relevant filing systems.
7. Manage maintenance of buyer information and vendor related documents.
8. Monitor sales invoice due dates and provide relevant information to Sales Team.
9. Manage and ensure timely Buyer payment remittance to maintain healthy financial relationships.
Qualifications Required
1. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in shipping DG Class 3 and Class 5.2 building construction products.
2. Well acquainted with various freight forwarding tasks, DG import / export and stock management
3. Extremely well versed in written and spoken English with Chinese or Malay as a second language
4. Working experience of ERP and CRM computer applications, Microsoft Office Applications.
5. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers and business operations enablers.
6. Must be physically fit, mentally agile and able to work under multiple timezones.
