Job Description

- Position Title: Program Planner Executive / Production Coordinator
- Working Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,200 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and plan delivery schedules.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Monitor daily shipment schedules for customers.
- Follow up on production and shipment statuses.
- Coordinate with departments like Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics for delivery plans.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department on customer forecast demand.
- Handle ECO/ECN processes and facilitate changes.
- Address RMA queries and manage costing.
- Prepare cost estimates and RFQs for customers.

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
- 2-5 years of customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail in pricing/quotations
