*Seeking for a Contract Analyst who has minimum 3 years of drafting or reviewing Contracts experience in Commodities industry*

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft physical contracts based on deals
- Review contracts from counterparties
- Advice any necessary amendments and ensure corrections are indicated in the contracts
- Work closely with Traders, Operators, Finance and other relevant departments
- Any other ad-hoc or involvement in Projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
- Minimum 3 years of drafting or reviewing Contracts experience in Commodities industry
- Excellent writing skills, attentive to details, proactive and organized
