Position: Aftersales Support Executive
Working location : Boon Lay ( office)
Working days : 5 days
Working hours : 8am - 5pm
Salary : $2,500-$3,500
Description:
- Preparation of Quotation for both spare parts and service attendance to customer
- Preparation and issue service kits and spare parts to service engineers
- Maintain good rapport with customers
- Attend to technical enquiries from customers
- Pick & pack of spares when necessary
- Prepare shipping documentation and arrange delivery with courier companies
Job Requirements:
- Able to read and understand schematic and block diagrams(Training will be provided)
- Min. Diploma in Electrical and Electronic
