RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial limits.
- Lead tender processes, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Track project costs, manage variations, and report on financial performance.
- Administer contracts, handle claims, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Oversee procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness of materials and services.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project value.
- Assess cost-related risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and updates for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior quantity surveyors and supervise team members.
- Address cost or contract disputes and negotiate settlements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Quantity Survey, Civil or Mechanical or equivalent or equivalent;
- years of Singapore based contract management experience in Subcon/EPC project environment.
- Sound knowledge of preparing progress claims, contract close-out documents, monthly reports, interim and final payment applications.
- Good contractual and commercial mind set in working;
- Team player.
- An excellent diplomat and communicator in English, spoken or written.
- Familiar with public project contract administration.
- Able to manage work pressure

- Working hours: 5 Days
- Salary: up to S$6,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
