Job Responsibilities:
- Hold daily Toolbox meeting
- Monitor and ensure the project progress are in line with the master schedule
- Ensure all work are carried out accordance to the safety requirement / procedure
- Manage all the site workers and training of new workers
- Coordinate with various departments on the resources required for the project
- Coordinate all deliveries to project site
- Routine report to the Project Manager on the site matters
Job Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience
- Possess BCSS certification
- Able to communicate, motivate and discipline the workforce
- Ability to mediate / resolve site issues
- Good organisation skill
- Good knowledge of construction safety procedure
