Responsibilities:
- Handling on the manufacturing processes, quality control and improvement measures including design of jigs and looking into design for assembly
- Provide engineering support and testing for all activities in product development process
- Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with production and ensure good quality product
- Design or improve the manufacturing process and incorporate DFA to simplify the processes
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
