This is a fresh to mid-level position for candidates who have prior working experience in social media agencies. You MUST be competent in content production for social media (Instagram, TikTok, reels, live-streaming, videography, photography, styling) and have a strong interest and portfolio of work to show for it.
Add-on: assisting with Club/Studio operations: This could involve tasks such as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the gym floor, monitoring equipment usage, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Provide support in managing gym operations and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Interacting with members/ guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience at the club/ Studio. Responding to phone enquiries and replying to members/guests.
Membership support/ sales: Assisting with new membership registration that required daily data entry and updating membership information. Support in the development and implementation of member engagement and retention initiatives
