Location: Eunoia Junior College, 2 Sin Ming Place, Singapore 573838
Contract Period:
- Base Period: 1 Jan 2025 – 31 Dec 2025 (12 months)
- Option to Extend: Up to 2 additional years (2026–2027)
Responsibilities:
The Administrative Support Personnel will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the general office and library at Eunoia Junior College. The key duties include:
- General Office and Library Operations:
- Collate data for the college.
- Manage daily student loans (e.g., laptops, uniforms).
- Oversee the booking and usage of discussion rooms.
- Update and maintain student and staff information.
- Organise office stores and physical library resources.
- Resource Management:
- Design and decorate general office and library spaces.
- Maintain a collection of newspaper articles to support teaching and learning.
- Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries of office supplies, teaching resources, and library resources.
- Manage the loan of ICT/AV equipment.
- Administrative Support:
- Print, photocopy, and file materials as required.
- Set up refreshments for meetings.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Administration Manager (AM).
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour meal break).
- Off-days: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum Qualifications
- GCSE O-level certification or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Meticulous and highly organised.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff and students.
- Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in administrative services is highly desirable.
