Requirements

Experience:

Experience in end-user computing, including significant experience in designing and implementing EUC solutions across a diverse range of devices and leading migration projects.

Operating systems:

Extensive experience with Windows 10/11, iOS

VDI Solutions:

Advanced knowledge of VMware Horizon, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, Thin clients

Device Management:

Proficiency in managing desktops, laptops, thin clients using Microsoft End Point Manager (Intune), MECM, Altiris and Mobile Device Management Solutions.

Security:

Experience with endpoint security solutions, encryption technologies and security best practices

Problem-Solving:

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple devices.

Leadership:

Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities


  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem which includes identification, diagnosis, rectification and escalation.
  • Support on desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners hardware components.
  • Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications that are found in the Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs. Examples of such software are Windows XP/7 OS or any bank standard desktop OS, MS Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, etc.
  • Installation of bank access and in-house applications.
  • Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution and MAC – move, add and change.
  • Printer Maintenance.
  • Take on and resolve complex calls or tasks the other engineers could not resolve.
  • Responsible for learning and working independently.
  • Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
