Job Description & Requirements
- Oversee project progression, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service standards and addressing customer feedback.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels with China HQ team
- At least 5 years of working experiences as Operations Managerial role
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Well verse in Chinese communication as need to liaise with China Manufacturing team for inventory
- Preferred someone background from facilities management / Property Management / Real Estate / Lightning Industry
