Job Scope:
- Perform precise eye refractions with specialized instruments.
- Recommend optical aids based on examination results and customer preferences.
- Troubleshoot and adjust the fitting of glasses and lenses with expertise.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer eye health and purchasing history.
- Stay current on developments in optical technology and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in eye care.
- Work collaboratively with team members and assist colleagues as needed.
- Enhance skills through continuous training and professional growth.
Requirement:
- Minimum Nitec in Opticianry / equivalent studies
- Eligible to be registered with OOB
