Key Responsibilities:
- Service Contract Management: Acquire new service contracts and ensure timely renewal of existing contracts.
- Sales Generation: Promote and secure sales for major repairs, field service jobs, and rental repair chargeable work for heavy vehicle or glass, woods, metal fabrication
- Customer Follow-up: Follow up on all service documentation and ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key and fleet customers, providing tailored logistics solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements:
- Education: NITEC and above in any relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor, preferably in the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) industry or similar.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Licenses: Possess a Class 3 driving license
- Skills: Computer literacy, good communication, and customer service skills.
