- Maintain and upkeep the office space and facilities.
- Responsible for procurement, inventory record, data update and archiving and payment arrangements.
- Arrange and coordinate the renewal of season parking and duty roster.
- Arrange and coordinate workstation setup and related work.
- Any other matters/ projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Admin, facilities management or other relevant disciplines
- Preferably at least 2 years of experiences in office management / facilities management in large and established organization
- Ability to work independently, problem solve and drive decision making in a rapidly expanding and fast paced environment.
