Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour and equipment. this involves analyzing blueprints, specification and market prices.
- Tendering & Procurement: Assist. in preparing tender documents, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.
- Cost Control: Monitor project expenses throughout the construction phase, identify potential cost overuns, and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project profitability.
