Responsibilities :
- Interact with customers in person, answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries via email, and provide necessary information.
- Provide information about products or services.
- Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and address complaints.
- Handle operation-related documents and daily administrative tasks.
- Assist with billing, payments, and account management.
- Assist with any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements :
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office
- Relevant experiences will be advantage
