Job Description:
The candidate needs to drive sales independently, proactively seek new clients (including green-field sales territories) and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Pursue New Clients/Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and mutual success.
- Market Penetration and Expansion: Drive market penetration by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding Bitdeer's presence across key market segments.
- Revenue Generation and Business Development: Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets and business development goals, leveraging Bitdeer's innovative solutions and network to diversify revenue streams and maximize market potential.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies tailored to different market segments, identifying market trends, opportunities, and challenges to drive sustainable growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies, streamline processes, and drive collective efforts toward achieving organizational objectives.
How you can stand out
- Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Relevant industry certifications or specialized training will also be considered.
- Knowledge of blockchain and digital currency industry is preferred.
- Experience with working in international companies is preferred..
- Preferred Hard Skills/Project Experience:
- Proven track record of success in sales/business development roles within the blockchain or high-tech industry.
