Project Admin Assistant


Job Description:

- Prepare tender/quotation submissions.

- Prepare claims and photo report submissions.

- Coordinate with site supervisors for photos & final quantity needed for claim submissions.

- Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors/suppliers for tenders & projects.

- 5.5 days work week (Mon - Sat)


Requirement:

- Good communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.

- Willing to learn.

- Able to work independently, be meticulous, a good team player.

- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost calculations and reporting.
