We are seeking an independent and responsible individual to join us as a Sales Manager. We are looking for a highly adaptable professional with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and connecting effectively with clients.


As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Oversee the existing sales pipeline while actively developing new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Identify trends, customer needs, content themes, talent, locations, and popular gaming events to build short-, medium-, and long-term sales pipelines.
  • Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate business contracts, coordinating with team members, talent representation, and brand partners.
  • Client Relationship Management: Facilitate and coordinate detail-oriented needs, establishing long-term, trusted relationships with clients and agencies.
  • Industry Expertise: Demonstrate a strong interest in pop culture and an in-depth understanding of the esports and gaming landscape across all categories.
  • Process Optimization: Regularly review talent processes and practices to enhance profitability and improve efficiency.
  • Proposal Management: Manage the proposal response process, including detailed quotations, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
  • Lead Generation and Screening: Generate new leads, screen potential business opportunities, evaluate deals in line with company strategies, and lead pitch logistics.
  • Strategic Sales Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain and update sales pipelines while providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Proposal and Partnership Development: Take the lead in developing proposals and presentations to create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with product and creative teams to align sales objectives with brand positioning and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in both Chinese and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of work experience in sales within a marketing agency.
  • Strong communication skills across various channels, including phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personality types.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of working efficiently in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Team player
