We are looking for experienced and passionate nurses to support our homecare team for a 1-month contract starting from December 2024 onwards.
Job Scope:
- Conduct physical assessments of patients in their home setting
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
- Provide detailed shift reports to ensure continuity of care
- Support in emergency situations, including providing basic life support (BLS) and coordinating for further medical assistance
Requirements:
- Valid SNB (Singapore Nursing Board) registered certification
- Valid BCLS and AED certification
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a geriatric ward or similar healthcare setting
- Passion for nursing and providing compassionate patient care
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
