- Plan and supervise renovation, A&A works
- Experience in M&E works such as fire protection system, cooling tower, air con, etc.
- Plan and supervise building services such as cleaning, landscaping, waste management, renovation, etc.
- Conduct daily routine inspection for building/M&E facilities works.
- Ensure contractor comply with security and safety requirements for corrective and preventive maintenance works.
- Raise PR for works/services to be done by contractors/vendors.
- Perform acceptance of services completed by contractor e.g. pest control, grass cutting, etc.
- Response to emergency call including after office hours e.g. power failure, fire incident, etc.
Requirements
- Diploma in Facilities Management or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Class 2/3 Driving license (preferred).
- Able to cycle and physically fit.
- More than 5 years’ experience in Facilities/M&E maintenance.
