Reporting to the Director, you play a vital and rewarding role in the dynamic & growing sales
team focusing in selling IT services & solutions to large SMEs & MNC customers. You are
responsible for a full sales cycle, from hunting to developing and bringing deals to closure.
Part of your account management effort, you will be also tasked to handle existing customers
with new IT projects and business opportunities. There will be excellent career progression for
you to become a team lead in the department & eventually heading a business unit of your
own, prior good results after a period of time.
- Carrying out direct sales activities to acquire new customers (B2B) by calling & visiting prospective customers through given company’s client base &/or own contacts
- Build good rapport and expand business opportunities with existing customers
- Attending weekly sales meeting and provide updates in sales developments
- Submitting sales funnels via cloud software timely & achieving monthly/ quarterly sales target
- Work closely with technical folks and key technology business partners on given leads, partnership events and business opportunities
- Bringing quotations to a sales closure and meeting monthly/quarterly sales target
- Assist in identifying business opportunities in Gebiz & related portal and submission ITQ (Invitation-to-Quote) timely, from time-to-time when needed
- Target on vertical sectors and familiar with their business’ ‘needs’ and ‘wants’
- Identifying customers’ requirements, prioritizing initiatives and executing good action plan to achieve success in this role
Requirements
- At least 3 years of corporate sales experience in relevant industry
- Minimum diploma & above in IT/ Business/ Marketing or related field
- Strong sales or business development background with proven track record in enterprise solutions selling
- Good exposure in selling IT services &/ or solutions e.g. network/ system infra, network security/ managed services/ maintenance support services
- Equipped with good presentation and negotiation skills
- Competencies in building executive level relationships – abilities to reach to decision makers & strong influencers
- Independent, resourceful, good analytical and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, able to perform under pressure
- Having a valid driving license is an advantage – vehicle will be provided after confirmation
