Opening and maintaining New Account Coverage which includes:
- Engaging new customers and maintaining customer relationship
- Preparing presentation slides and present to customer when necessary
To participate in Bids and win new contracts on behalf of the Organization
Responsible for end to end fulfilment of orders including:
- Prepare quotations, cost sheets and PRs and ensure POs are raised and sent to vendors
- Prepare delivery orders and arrange delivery with vendors and customers
- Prepare monthly / quarterly reports and billing reports
- Send monthly billing reports to customers and work with customers to ensure billing reports are accurate before informing accounts to process the invoices
- Follow up with customers on quotations, POs and payments
- Enter data into Enterprise System
- Handle technical and RMA requests
- Ensure accuracy and accountability for all the above
Maintain relationship with partners / vendors to ensure smooth operations including:
- Negotiate for best pricing, review terms and conditions, SLAs and payment terms
- Working with customers, partners / vendors and all stakeholders to prepare for ITQ and be responsible for all work related to the ITQ submission
- Work with partners / vendors for marketing programs and events including consolidating customer database, running EDMs and contacting customers.
Stay informed about our focus products and projects including:
- Consistently engage customers and handle all sales enquiries
- Able to explain/demonstrate features of the focus products
- Able to formulate backend, operational and billing processes and work out plans to provide backend and billing support for the projects.
Able to identify sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls to customers and understand customer needs/requirements and ensure smooth sales process.
Requirements
Education / Experience:
- Diploma / Degree
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
Skill sets:
- Technically savvy and proficient in IT to be able to use Enterprise Systems / CRM / ERP to fulfil job requirements.
- Strong ability to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
- Detail oriented to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks.
