Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and develop captivating and shareable creative ideas for social media platforms with a focus on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook for B2B industries (Tech / Healthcare / Sustainability) and the public sector.
- Contribute to the expansion of WE's creative portfolio, creating Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok content; and using creative tools such as AR / VR / UIUX / video automation/gaming/audio / experiential.
- Draw inspiration from content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and apply it in your client work or contribute to creative sprints at WE.
- Evolve the agency’s capabilities in creative and data-driven storytelling.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate applicants are welcome.
- Minimum 6 months of internship experience in design/creative industry is a plus
- Any experience in an agency environment will be a big plus.
- Excellent eye for design, attention to detail, and desire for perfection.
- Creative thinker and innovator with expertise in pop culture and emerging digital/social trends.
- Keen interest in pushing the envelope of creative ideas in B2B industries (Tech / Healthcare / Sustainability) and the public sector.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Experience in editing content through modern mobile applications such as Adobe Premiere Rush, Splice, InShot, or Canva.
- If art and design is your jam: Photo editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign.
- Enthusiastic about understanding digital trends and technologies.
- Adept at multi-media storytelling via areas such as creative copywriting, scriptwriting, videography, motion graphics / FX, graphic design, illustration, UIUX design or HTML / CS
