Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day demand generation and performance campaigns for B2B clients.
- Conceptualise, plan, and operate demand generation and lead generation campaigns through test and learn approaches.
- Develop marketing automation programs, including building email nurture logic, lead qualification/scoring processes through the marketing funnel.
- Manage email marketing programs and website CMS builds.
- Implement campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and advertising (display, SEM, social advertising, etc.) from setup, optimisation to reporting.
- Contribute to building our performance offerings and capabilities across email, CRM, display, search, and social.
- Provide sound counsel to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Execute solid project management and time management skills in managing multiple briefs.
- Manage content production delivery required for demand generation campaigns, including but not limited to thought-leadership articles, whitepapers, sales toolkits, customer case studies, and other high-value asset development.
- Stay abreast of inspiring, cutting-edge trends and developments in digital or client industries.
- Contribute to new business development processes and organic client growth.
- Proactively improve processes, operations, best practices, and address emerging issues.
- Design, monitor, and report on measurements and KPIs on client’s dashboard such as Google Data Studio.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, media, advertising, or B2B digital marketing-related fields.
- Possess data-driven qualities; detailed understanding of analytics across channels with the ability to synthesize data from many sources into actionable insights.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics; knowledge in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
- Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or account-based marketing platforms such as Demandbase is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEM, SEO, CRM, and CMS.
- Strong interest in performance marketing.
